Founded in 1982 in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, Hispatian Foam Solutions began as a small workshop producing expanded polystyrene shapes for the construction sector. What started as a team of twelve has evolved into one of Australia's most comprehensive foam manufacturing operations, with production facilities in five states and a workforce exceeding 250 professionals.
Our growth has been driven by a straightforward philosophy: invest in people, pursue materials science innovation, and never compromise on product quality. This approach has earned us long-standing partnerships with national builders, architects, logistics companies and government agencies.
Today we manufacture a complete range of EPS and XPS polystyrene products — from high-performance insulation panels and structural waffle pods to precision-cut architectural features and custom protective packaging. Every product leaving our facilities carries the assurance of rigorous quality control and deep technical expertise.
