Responsible Manufacturing, Full Circle
Sustainability is embedded in our operations. Our recycling programs recover expanded and extruded polystyrene waste from construction sites, manufacturing facilities and commercial operations, then compact and reprocess it into raw material for new products. This closed-loop approach diverts thousands of cubic metres of foam from landfill each year.
We operate dedicated compaction and densification equipment at each of our five manufacturing sites, and we partner with industry bodies including the EPS Association of Australia to promote responsible disposal and recovery practices across the supply chain.
- On-site collection bins for construction EPS waste
- Scheduled pick-up service for high-volume generators
- Compaction and densification into reusable ingots
- Reprocessing into XPS boards, picture frames and other products
- Waste tracking and diversion reporting for ESG compliance
- Community drop-off programs in partnership with local councils
Construction Waste Recovery
Collect and recycle EPS off-cuts, damaged pods and packaging waste directly from building sites with our scheduled collection service.
Manufacturing Off-cuts
All production off-cuts from our own facilities are captured and reprocessed on-site, achieving near-zero manufacturing waste.
Community & Council Programs
We partner with local councils to provide accessible polystyrene drop-off points, making recycling easy for households and small businesses.
